Jaynier Moya, MD

Jaynier Moya, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician who is deeply committed to providing compassionate, personalized care to every patient he serves.

Trained in both primary care and aesthetic medicine, Dr. Moya earned his medical degree from the Superior Institute of Medical Science in Havana, Cuba, and completed his internal medicine residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York, an affiliate of New York University.

He believes in listening closely to his patients, building trust, and creating individualized treatment plans that support long-term health, confidence, and overall well-being. With advanced training in procedures such as sclerotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and botulinum toxin treatments, Dr. Moya combines medical expertise with a thoughtful, caring approach to help patients look and feel their best.

Karen Prida, MD

Karen Prida, MD

Karen Prida, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician with extensive international and U.S.-based training, bringing decades of experience in general medicine, internal medicine, clinical research, and disability management.

She earned her medical degree from the Superior Institute of Medical Science in Havana, Cuba, and completed her internship and residency in general and internal medicine in Costa Rica and at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City.

Licensed in Florida and fully certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Prida also holds credentials as a Certified Disability Management Specialist and a Qualified Rehabilitation Provider for Workers’ Compensation cases.

She has completed advanced training in Good Clinical Practice through the NIDA Clinical Trials Network, emphasizing patient safety, regulatory compliance, and ethical research standards. An active member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association, Dr. Prida is dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care and maintaining the highest standards of medical practice.

Juan Rafael Perez, APRN

Juan Rafael Perez, APRN

Juan Rafael Perez , APRN is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping patients feel heard, understood, and cared for. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, Juan brings a calm, compassionate presence to every visit and takes the time to truly listen to his patients’ concerns.

He provides care for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions and has special experience in pain management, osteoarthritis care, joint and extremity injections, wound care, and mental health support. Juan believes that good healthcare starts with clear communication, education, and a personalized approach tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.

Juan’s background includes years of work in primary care, emergency medicine, intensive care, and geriatric care. He also serves as a Certified Medical Examiner (FMCSA). His extensive experience allows him to guide patients through both simple and complex health concerns with confidence and empathy.

Marian Enrich, APRN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients.

With experience in primary care, occupational medicine, and hospital-based services, she treats both acute and chronic conditions while focusing on prevention, wellness, and long-term health. Marian offers services such as routine checkups, chronic disease management, DOT and work-related exams, and preventive screenings.

She is fluent in both English and Spanish and believes in listening closely to her patients, educating them about their health, and creating personalized care plans. Licensed in the state of Florida, Marian is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive and respectful environment.

Javier Perez, APRN

Javier Perez, APRN

Javier Perez, APRN is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with experience in primary care, adult medicine, urgent care, long-term care, and home health.

He earned his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Miami Regional University and his Associate Degree in Nursing from Universal Career School in Miami. Prior to practicing in the United States, Javier worked as a physician specializing in urology in Cuba, where he gained extensive experience in patient care, diagnostics, and surgical procedures.

He holds a Doctor of General Medicine degree from the Superior Institute of Medical Sciences in Santiago de Cuba. Javier is experienced in conducting physical exams, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on preventive care and disease management.

Fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to providing accessible, culturally sensitive care and helping patients achieve better health through education, prevention, and personalized treatment.

Kenia Carbonell, APRN

Kenia Carbonell, APRN

Kenia Carbonell Muria, APRN is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of clinical experience providing comprehensive patient care in a variety of healthcare settings.

She specializes in occupational medicine, disease prevention, and primary care, with expertise in performing comprehensive physical examinations, managing work-related injuries, and promoting preventive health strategies. Kenia currently provides occupational health services for federal personnel, including members of the FBI and Secret Service, where she conducts pre-employment and incumbent physicals, DOT certifications, and neurological evaluations for specialized personnel such as divers.

Throughout her career, she has served as a primary care provider, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and coordinating specialty care when needed. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Kenia earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Medical Sciences in Santiago de Cuba and completed an ophthalmology residency in Havana, Cuba. She later obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida International University.
